I led the end-to-end design of a preventive health engagement feature for a virtual care platform, focused on helping users better understand their health and guide them in taking steps to improve their health outcomes.

The feature automatically generates recurring, tailored recommendations based on individual profiles and evolving health information, transforming a traditionally reactive care model into one that’s more proactive.

This initiative involved designing a scalable system under strict clinical, technical, and data constraints, while aligning UX strategy with broader business goals around engagement and long-term membership value.
