As a kid I was obsessed with binge watching Food Network. That translated into fiddling around with cake box mixes and tubs of ready-made frosting. From there, I started making cakes from scratch and experimenting with different flavours and techniques.
I’m completely self-taught with zero formal training—thanks to all my friends and family for being guinea pigs!
I mainly do cakes. But I’ve also branched out into pies, tarts, simple pastries, cream puffs, cheesecakes.
